My son Shachar, 11.5 years old, asked me to trek with him through Israel Trail like the adult trekkers: several weeks hiking, all the equipment carried in backpacks, outdoor camping. Good will aside – its not an easy task for a little boy, if not dangerous. A failure might cause frustration. Should I agree? Eventually we hiked the Israel Trail, documenting people, animals and experiences on camera. 15 years later we went back to some special points, we brought up memories and tried to understand it's influence on our life.
